PTC Enrichment Grant Program

The SWES PTC is proud to offer the Enrichment Grant Program in support of our mission to enrich the educational experience of every student and foster a strong, connected school community.

We welcome grant applications from SWES teachers, specialists, administrators, staff, and parents for innovative ideas that enhance learning, support our students, and strengthen our school community. The program is designed to fund enrichment opportunities beyond what is available through the standard curriculum or existing school budgets.

Grant funding may be used to support:

• Special initiatives, projects, or experiences that extend and enrich student learning

• Teaching tools, resources, or supplies that increase equity, accessibility, and inclusion for all learners

• Family engagement programs and community-building opportunities

• Additional enrichment experiences beyond each grade level's two PTC-funded in-school enrichment programs

Note: Each grade level also receives dedicated funding for two in-school enrichment programs selected collaboratively by teachers and the PTC Enrichment Curriculum Coordinators. The Enrichment Grant Program is intended to support additional opportunities beyond those planned programs.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year. To allow adequate time for review, approval, purchasing, and payment processing, requests should be submitted at least one month before funding is needed.
