PTC Enrichment Mini-Grant Program

The Sunita Williams PTC Enrichment Mini-Grant Program provides funding in support of the professional needs and ambitions of our teachers, staff, and school community.

The Mini-Grant Program supports teachers, specialists, and staff by funding:

• special initiatives or projects that extend, enhance, and/or supplement the standard curriculum and for which funding is otherwise unavailable.

• teaching tools, resources or supplies designed to increase equity, accessibility and inclusivity for all learners of all abilities.

• projects and programming to engage families in their student’s learning and to provide opportunities for connection and community.

All SWES teachers, administrators, and staff members may apply for PTC Enrichment Mini-Grant funding. Up to $6,000 in funding will be distributed through two application cycles during the 2025-26 school year.

Fall Cycle (Up to $3,000)

Application Period: October 27 - November 14, 2025

Award Notification By: December 5, 2025

Winter Cycle (Up to $3,000)

Application Period: January 26 - February 13, 2026

Award Notification By: March 6, 2026
